Peak Adventure is offering a special price for kayak hire for the Sports Festival. Kayak = $40, Paddle = $10, PFD = $5. Hire includes transport to and from Apollo Bay. Training in MelbournePeak Adventure run regular group training sessions at Sandridge Life Saving Club in Port Melbourne. Most of the kayakers who attend are competitors, in training for events such as the Great Ocean Adventure Race.

At this time of year the training sessions are usually full, so make sure to book to avoid disappointment. The training sessions are run by Jarad Kohlar, the current Australian Sprint Adventure Racing Champion and highly qualified Level One Kayak Coach. One on one sessions are also available on request. If you want to do a part or all of the adventure race course, we are planning a training day two weeks prior to the event. A competitor will be available to take you round the course.
